Built to Produce
Our manufacturing facility covers 25,000 m² and is equipped to handle a wide range of forged components in various sizes and shapes. With over 40 machines, including CNC lathes, multi-axis turning centers, and machining centers, we support turning capacities up to Ø2000 mm and milling capacities up to 1000 × 1000 × 1000 mm. This allows us to efficiently produce both small precision parts and large forged components for diverse industrial applications.
Designed for Global Industries
Our manufacturing and quality systems are designed to meet the technical requirements of major global markets, including standards such as ISO, ASTM, EN/DIN, JIS, and GB. From material selection to machining and inspection, we ensure every component meets international specifications and customer drawings.
Machining Capabilities
Our facility features a comprehensive lineup of machining equipment to support diverse production needs. This includes an FMS machining center line capable of 24-hour unmanned operation and 5-axis multi-function CNC lathes for machining complex geometries. With the ability to process forged components ranging from 1 kg to 1 ton, we efficiently handle a wide variety of sizes and shapes to meet our customers’ requirements.
